The Process

We were asked to recreate a dusk cover for a book of our choice. I chose the Game of Thrones Series and redesigned 4 of the Noble House Sigils with my own illustrations. I am a huge fan of the book and I really wanted to showcase the dark and dramatic aesthetic that it portrays. So I went with a black cover that really lets the sigils stand out much more, and I also designed it in a way where it’s almost a throne or at least a sort of coat of arms.
